Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of terms
Welcome. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe how we work together — how you may use our website (www.vincereclinic.com.sg, the “Website”) and the basis on which Vincere Aesthetics Clinic (“Vincere”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides services to you.
By using this Website, contacting us, booking a consultation, or receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about either, please let us know — or feel free not to proceed.
Website use
The Website is provided for general informational purposes regarding Vincere and our services. By using the Website, you agree that you will:
- Use the Website in compliance with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to access any part of the Website through unauthorised means.
- Not interfere with the operation of the Website or attempt to introduce any virus, malicious code, or harmful technology.
- Not use the Website to collect personal data of other users or to engage in any form of commercial solicitation.
- Not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or publish content from the Website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.
Medical information disclaimer
You should not rely on any information on this Website as a substitute for personalised medical advice from a qualified physician. Always seek the advice of our doctor or your own healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or proposed treatment.
Vincere complies with Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines on medical advertising and aesthetic practice. Our Website does not display patient testimonials, before-and-after photographs, or specific treatment outcomes in line with these regulations.
Consultations
All new patients are required to undergo an initial consultation with Dr Vincent Tan before any treatment is performed. Consultations are by appointment and typically last thirty (30) minutes.
During the consultation, we will assess your medical history, discuss your concerns and goals, examine the relevant areas, and recommend appropriate options — including, where applicable, the recommendation to not proceed with any aesthetic treatment.
A consultation fee may apply. Where a treatment is subsequently booked, the consultation fee may be applied against the cost of treatment at our discretion. No obligation exists to book treatment following a consultation.
Treatments
Treatments are provided subject to the following terms:
- Informed written consent is required prior to any invasive or substantive treatment. You will be provided with information about the proposed treatment, its expected benefits, potential risks and side effects, alternatives, and costs.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any previous aesthetic treatments. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety or outcome of treatment.
- We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if, in our professional judgement, proceeding would not be in your best clinical interest, or if you have not provided the necessary information or consent.
- Treatments are administered by qualified medical professionals under the supervision of Dr Vincent Tan. Where specific treatments are delegated to registered nursing or therapy staff, this will be clearly communicated to you.
- Post-treatment care instructions must be followed to achieve optimal results and minimise complications. Failure to follow post-treatment care may affect outcomes and is not our responsibility.
Treatment outcomes
We make every effort to achieve the results discussed during consultation. Some variation is expected and is part of working with biological tissue rather than a manufactured product. Where helpful, we may suggest additional sessions, adjustments, or alternative approaches; these may involve additional fees.
Minor side effects such as bruising, swelling, redness, or temporary discomfort are common with many aesthetic treatments and typically resolve within days. Rarer but more significant reactions can occur; we discuss these openly before consent.
If you have any concerns following treatment, please contact us promptly so we can support you.
Fees and payment
Treatment fees are discussed and confirmed in writing prior to commencement. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards, PayNow, and selected instalment payment options through approved financial partners.
Prepaid treatment packages, where offered, are subject to their own specific terms regarding validity, transferability, and refund conditions. These will be provided to you at the point of purchase.
Cancellation & no-shows
We appreciate at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to other patients.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, a cancellation fee may apply. This may be deducted from any deposit paid, or billed separately.
For genuine emergencies, medical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will of course waive late-cancellation charges. Thank you for being considerate of our schedule and other patients.

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trade names, brand assets, and protocol names such as “Masterlift” and “Masterlift+” — is the property of Vincere Aesthetics Clinic or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may view, print, or store content from the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.
Liability
Vincere provides medical services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the standards of its profession and jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings.
- Any outcome that results from your failure to disclose accurate medical information, to follow post-treatment care instructions, or to attend follow-up appointments.
- Technical issues with the Website, third-party services linked from the Website, or interruptions in Website availability.
- Losses arising from your reliance on any information on the Website that was not provided in the context of a formal consultation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your engagement with Vincere shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
