Lift & Tighten — Neck

Neck Lift & Tightening

Non-surgical neck lift and tightening by Dr Vincent Tan — Allergan Medical Institute Faculty, Orchard Road belt.

Why this matters
Why Vincere

Why Vincere for non-surgical neck lift

The neck demands a different hand than the face. Treatments that work beautifully on facial skin can leave the neck red, irritated, or under-treated. Here's what we bring to it.

01
Anatomy-led
Neck-specific protocols

Energy settings, depth, and technique are calibrated for neck skin — not borrowed from face protocols. Smaller pulse widths, lower densities, more passes.

02
AMI
Faculty-trained technique

Dr Vincent trains other physicians in injection and energy-based work as faculty of the Allergan Medical Institute — including the cautious approach the neck deserves.

03
Combo
Combination is the norm

Single-treatment expectations for the neck rarely deliver. We'll often recommend a sequenced plan across 2-3 visits — and tell you upfront when surgery would actually serve you better.

Common questions

Still unsure which treatment is right for you? Message Dr Vincent — he's happy to walk through the options with you personally.

"Turkey neck" usually combines three things: skin laxity (loose skin), platysmal banding (visible vertical neck muscles), and loss of subcutaneous support. Mild-to-moderate cases respond well to energy-based treatments — RF microneedling for skin tightening, ultrasound for deeper lifting. Severe laxity may genuinely need a surgical neck lift, and we will tell you honestly when that's the case.
Neck skin is thinner, has fewer oil glands and hair follicles, and is in constant motion from speaking and swallowing. This means it heals more slowly, is more prone to redness and irritation, and requires lower energy densities and shorter pulse widths than facial skin. Treatments designed for the face often need recalibration for the neck — and an experienced clinician will adjust accordingly.
Yes — and most of our face lifting protocols (Masterlift, Masterlift+, RF microneedling, ultrasound) are designed to be extended to the neck in the same session. This is usually the most efficient and natural-looking approach, since treating the face alone can sometimes leave the neck looking comparatively older.
Most patients see visible improvement after a series of 2-3 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart, with continued collagen remodelling for 2-4 months after the final session. The neck typically requires more sessions than the face for equivalent results because the skin is thinner and the area more mobile. An honest treatment plan will set this expectation upfront.
Downtime is usually minimal — typically 1-3 days of mild redness or pinkness, depending on the treatment. Ultrasound-based treatments often have no visible downtime at all. RF microneedling may produce small pinpoint marks for 24-48 hours. Most patients return to normal social activities within a day or two, sometimes immediately.
