Bio-Remodelling Skin Treatment
Bio-remodelling uses stabilised hyaluronic acid to stimulate the skin's own collagen and elastin production — improving elasticity, firmness, and quality from within. Administered by Dr. Vincent.
About bio-remodelling
Bio-remodelling treatments use a specially stabilised form of hyaluronic acid — designed to behave differently from standard skin booster or filler hyaluronic acid. Where standard HA primarily hydrates or volumises, the stabilised form delivered in bio-remodelling slowly releases over time, providing sustained stimulation to fibroblasts and other cells responsible for producing the skin's natural collagen and elastin.
The result is improvement in skin quality at a structural level: elasticity returns, the skin feels firmer to the touch, fine lines from skin laxity soften, and overall tone improves. This is distinct from skin boosters (which primarily address hydration) and from polynucleotides (which act on cellular regeneration through DNA fragments). Bio-remodelling specifically targets the collagen and elastin production that determine how the skin holds its shape.
The treatment is delivered via a specific injection pattern — typically five to seven points depending on assessment, with the stabilised HA spreading from each point to cover the surrounding tissue. The technique is unusual but precise; the spread pattern is intentional, designed to provide even bio-remodelling support across the treated area without requiring multiple injection points.
Common concerns addressed
Loss of skin elasticity
When skin no longer springs back as it once did — visible as subtle laxity, loss of firmness, or reduced resilience to expression.
Fine lines from skin quality
Lines that appear due to declining skin quality rather than expression or volume loss. Bio-remodelling addresses the underlying skin tone.
Overall skin firmness
When the skin has lost the springy, firm quality of younger skin — a quality that hydration alone does not restore.
Skin maintenance in 40s and beyond
For clients wanting to support skin structure proactively as collagen production naturally declines with age.
Complement to other skin protocols
Used alongside skin boosters (hydration), polynucleotides (regeneration), or energy treatments — bio-remodelling provides the structural component (collagen and elastin) that other treatments do not directly address.
Areas beyond the face
Effective on neck, hands, and décolletage — areas where collagen loss is common and other treatments are sometimes inadequate.
Your treatment journey
Why choose Vincere
Bio-remodelling occupies a specific niche within skin quality treatments — neither pure hydration nor pure regeneration, but structural stimulation of collagen and elastin. Understanding when this niche is the right fit (vs. skin boosters, polynucleotides, or other approaches) requires clinical judgement. Dr. Vincent approaches the consultation specifically to determine whether bio-remodelling is appropriate for your concerns, or whether another approach better matches what your skin needs.
The technique itself is precise and consistent. The injection pattern is standardised, but the depth, spread, and overall execution determine whether each session delivers the intended bio-remodelling effect. As an AMI Faculty trainer, Dr. Vincent brings the consistency this treatment requires.
Bio-remodelling is often used as part of a broader skin quality strategy rather than as a standalone treatment. Most clients benefit from combining it with skin boosters or polynucleotides for a more complete approach to skin quality — addressing hydration, regeneration, and structural stimulation through the right combination.
