What you came here wondering

Concern 01

How young is too young for anti-wrinkle injection?

Most preventative work begins late twenties to early thirties — when dynamic lines first appear with movement but before they’ve become static. Earlier than mid-twenties is rarely justified.

Concern 02

Will anti-wrinkle make my expression look frozen?

Done correctly, no — you’ll still raise your brows, smile, and frown, just with softer line formation. Frozen looks come from over-dosing or treating muscles that should be left alone.

Concern 03

What’s the difference between baby dose and full anti-wrinkle?

Baby dose softens muscle activity rather than blocking it — you keep more movement and natural expression, with subtler line softening. Used for preventative work and patients who prefer minimal change.

Why Vincere

Why Vincere for anti-wrinkle

Anti-wrinkle is the most-performed aesthetic treatment in the world — which means there’s a wide quality range. The difference shows in restraint and anatomy.

01
AMI
Faculty trainer & mentor

Dr Vincent trains other physicians in advanced injection technique as faculty of the Allergan Medical Institute. Anti-wrinkle done well is anatomy-led, not formulaic.

02
10,000+
Injectables placed to date

Thousands of anti-wrinkle treatments across every face shape and muscle pattern. This depth of practice informs how to individualise dosing for natural results.

03
Restrained
Approach to dosing

Lighter doses, more frequent reviews, and willingness to add later rather than overshoot now. The goal is softer lines — not frozen forehead.

Common questions

Still unsure which treatment is right for you? Message Dr Vincent — he's happy to walk through the options with you personally.

Most anti-wrinkle treatments last 3–4 months. The first treatment in a previously untreated patient sometimes wears off slightly faster as the body becomes familiar; subsequent treatments tend to last full duration. Baby dose protocols last 2–3 months. Top-ups every 3–4 months sustain results.
The injections are quick and use very fine needles. Most patients describe a brief stinging sensation. We don’t typically use numbing cream for anti-wrinkle as the entire session takes only a few minutes. Minor pinpoint redness or small bumps at injection sites resolve within an hour.
No real downtime — you can return to work immediately. We advise against intense exercise for 24 hours, and against lying flat or massaging the treated area for 4 hours after treatment. Most patients schedule lunchtime appointments and continue their day.
Initial softening starts around days 3–5. Full effect typically at 10–14 days. We schedule a 2-week review after a first treatment to assess and add small touch-up doses if needed.
Start with lighter doses. Treat the muscles that need it, not "all the muscles". Schedule reviews. Ad just rather than overshoot. Dr Vincent will under-treat in the first session if there’s any uncertainty about your muscle pattern, and add later. The reverse — over-treating and waiting for it to wear off — takes months and isn’t worth the risk.
Yes, and most patients do. Anti-wrinkle softens dynamic lines; dermal fillers restore lost volume; laser and skin boosters address skin quality. These work on different concerns and complement each other. Dr Vincent will recommend a sequenced plan based on your goals.
