Who performs the consultation at Vincere Aesthetics?

Every consultation is performed directly by Dr Vincent Tan, Medical Director and Allergan Medical Institute Faculty. Consultations are one-on-one and typically last 30 minutes — never with a therapist or counsellor.

Is there any obligation to book treatment after a consultation?

No obligation. The consultation itself is the service. You leave with a clear understanding of your options — free to book, free to think, free to not book at all.

How quickly will I get a reply after messaging Vincere?

Typically within the hour during clinic hours (Mon–Fri 10:30am–8:00pm, Sat 10:30am–5:30pm; closed Sun & public holidays). Messages sent after hours are answered first thing the next morning. Dr Vincent reviews all clinical questions personally before a reply is sent.

What happens during a first aesthetic consultation?

Dr Vincent reviews your medical history, discusses your goals, and examines the relevant areas. He'll recommend appropriate options — including telling you honestly when less treatment, surgery, or nothing at all would be the more honest answer. Not a sales pitch.
