Pigmentation, Brightening & Glow
Pico laser treatment in Singapore — Vincere's signature Radiance Glow protocol combines multiple picosecond-class laser modes to address pigmentation, brighten dull skin, and restore luminous glow. Designed by Dr. Vincent.
About the Radiance Glow protocol
The Radiance Glow protocol combines several picosecond-class laser modalities in a single session, each addressing a different aspect of skin clarity. Some modes deliver ultra-short pulses to fragment pigment particles — sun spots, post-inflammatory marks, and the deeper pigment of melasma. Others work at a gentler intensity to stimulate cellular turnover, which is what produces the subtle brightening and luminous quality clients describe as 'glow.'
The reason for combining modes rather than running them separately is that pigmentation rarely presents in isolation. A single face often shows surface sun damage, post-acne marks, melasma in patches, and an overall dullness — each requiring different parameters to address well. Treating one without the others leaves the skin looking patchy. The protocol coordinates them so the result is even tone, not just spot-clearing.
Pigmentation is one of the more nuanced concerns to treat with energy. Too much energy risks worsening the pigment — particularly in melasma. Too little produces no result. Dr. Vincent adjusts the parameters in real time based on how each area of skin responds, drawing on extensive clinical experience with energy-based treatments. The aim is optimal outcome with minimal downtime, without compromise — meaningful improvement without flares or extended recovery.
Common concerns addressed
Sun-induced pigmentation and age spots
Brown spots from cumulative sun exposure on the cheeks, temples, or backs of hands. Typically responsive within 2–4 sessions.
Post-inflammatory marks from past acne
The brown or grey marks left behind after acne lesions resolve. Often improves alongside acne management.
Melasma
A more complex pattern of pigmentation, typically across the cheekbones or forehead. Requires careful low-energy parameters and a longer protocol — Dr. Vincent will explain expectations at consultation.
Uneven skin tone and dullness
When skin appears overall less luminous than it once did, even without distinct spots. The protocol's secondary effect on cellular turnover often addresses this.
Freckles and small birthmarks
Small, well-defined pigmented marks. Often resolved in fewer sessions than diffuse pigmentation.
Skin clarity maintenance
For clients without specific pigmentation concerns who want to maintain even tone and the luminous quality that comes with regular gentle resurfacing.

Why choose Vincere
Pigmentation work is one of the more nuanced areas of energy-based aesthetic medicine. Too much energy risks worsening the pigment — especially in melasma. Too little produces no result. The line between the two is narrow, and experience is what makes the difference.
The Radiance Glow protocol is not a fixed package. It is a calibrated combination of laser modes, with parameters and pass count adjusted to each patient's skin type, pigment pattern, and prior treatment history. Two patients with similar-looking pigmentation may need quite different protocols.
Honest expectations come with the consultation. Sun spots and freckles often respond well within 2–4 sessions; melasma may need a different number of sessions, which Dr. Vincent will assess individually — sometimes alongside topical treatments. He will tell you what to expect at consultation — including when laser is not the right starting point and what should be addressed first.
